Project: Oxford House, Bethnal Green, London.

We at Brith services limited are proud to have delivered the installation of heating, ventilation, domestic water and air conditioning systems at Oxford House in the area of Bethnal Green London. Oxford House is a charitable foundation located in a listed building which has been serving the local community since it was founded as a school in 1884, it then became a Settlement House in 1892 where University of Oxford graduates lived in order to volunteer in Bethnal Green. It now boasts of many individual organisations all helping the local and surrounding community under the management of the Oxford House organisation.

The latest refurbishment began in June 2018 which Brith Services limited were contracted to install :

  • The new kitchen and café area ventilation system which included four AHU units and energy saving run around pumps.
  • A brand new plant room installation supplying heating zones, AHU’s, boosted H&C services throughout the building, with 19 pumps in total and four 90kw boilers. This plant room was very challenging due to the size and location but as you can see we overcame all challenges.
  • The domestic water supplies and installation of sinks, toilets, commercial kitchen and café water supplies.
  • and also the installation of low surface temperature radiators, cast radiators and convector radiators throughout the refurbished parts of the building.

Thanks to our great teams hard work and dedication this job was completed on time and snag free.
